Who is The Eldest Geek?
Craig Baker has been a programmer for over 40 years - well before
the Internet got started.
He has been developing Total Mobile Management (TMM) in
response to several customers needs to manage mobile work
crews, doing tasks at specific locations. TMM automates the
scheduling, the direction of the crews, using iPhones and a
Custom App to allow the crews to interact with the servers. The
App records all the information from the crew, detailing tasks
completed, and synchronizes with the server in the Cloud allowing
detailed reports to be generated - when a crew reaches the site.
The time spent total as well as a breakdown of tasks completed,
tasks postponed and exceptional conditions encountered. When
the crew has completed the tasks required, the App directs them
(after interacting with the server) to the next site with Turn by Turn
GPS directions!
TMM employs unique technologies and strategies to eliminate the
need for whiteboarding routes at the customers home location, and
allows instant updating of routes as new or urgent alterations are
made via the server and related to the crews using the App.
TMM saves time, effort, and increases accuracy and efficiency of
your crews - and even allows your customers to log into the server
and scedule services themselves!
